The recurrent theme of my professional and private life is „change.“ Every step of the way brought new knowledge, new perspectives but also diverse challenging situations. In the end, each transformation was a blessing of better results, higher level of cognition and gained inner strength. I want to hand these insights on wherever change matters in a business context.
The variety of professional experiences helped me broaden my view on what’s going on in organizations and teams, regardless of their size. Often, the real problem doesn’t lie in overly ambitious business goals but in the lack of consideration of the human factor.
My passion is finding a smarter way of integrating business goals, intrinsic objectives and motivations of the people involved – with the purpose of making change work for both – the company as well as the people.
